CHEF Decker

Chef William DeckerExecutive Chef William Decker has been creating flavorful dishes at Club 101 since 1998. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in 1975, Chef Decker worked in hotels in Bermuda, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia. In the early 1980s, he returned to the Northeast and worked in many esteemed private country clubs. Chef Decker opened the acclaimed Patrice Restaurant in West Caldwell, New Jersey in 1987. 

Chef Decker has a master’s degree in Garde Manger, also from the CIA, and is certified as an Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). He also serves as the Vice President of the Big Apple Chapter of ACF.
